When new players join, they should be given a choice to choose what starter items they want. (ONLY 1 SHIRT AND 1 PANTS.) When they choose their gender, they need to pick what outfit (Depending on their gender) to start out with for free!

Okay, But one catch, it has to be predetermined by the mods, so people do not just make tons of alts and give them free VIP to places they like.

or maybe they can select from a list of shirts and pants that r not vip that roblox sets up and gets premission from the creators. BUT newbies could get shirts and pants off of public domain

Shirts and pants can also be used for VIP, but are not very popular for doing so, I think the owners of the shirts/pants should choose in the configure menu if they want new players to get them for free or not.
