@people who say "UMG BUYZ A NU GRAPHEEKZ KARD LOL" He said on his decal (look at first page) that Minecraft works fine at 60 fps. Though his Roblox says that his graphics card memory is empty. This IS a problem of roblox.

ikr, i think roblox has trouble reading the maximum data storage for some types of graphics cars :o

This may be seeming weird , but plugin a WORSE graphics card like an old one with 256 mb, my driver DIES when playing other games , but roblox runs fine. :D

I have the exact same problem. Roblox requires a graphics card with 16MB available memory. Is the problem somewhat like this? I've tried reinstalling roblox, changin gthe settings, yet nothing seems to improve.

Well, This happened to me once, I turned off my computer for awhile and it was solved, Just do try that, If it continues to happen I reccomend contacting roblox.

I have a Mobile Intel(R) 956 Express Chipset Family and I am having the same problem. I can play M1necraft just fine in full screen like all the others, and when I open ROBLOX, it just says the error then makes my body black.

I have the latest I7 intel and 1gb on my graphisc put i dont know if roblox is acctully telling me the truth i have 0gb left it says i need at least 16gb and yea i gt minecraft i get full speed no mods its all fast and smooth how do i delete some memory on graphics card

It happens to me even though I have a Geforce GTX 400. Which is a top of the line grapics card.This card is fairly new, and this warning never has happened until the update. I just close the game when the update shows up and join it again and it's fine. I have about 4 gigabytes of space dedicated to the card and it can play most games max settings such as B@ttlefield 3, skyr!im and stuff. And those games require alot of effort from a card to play. I don't understand why this is happening. And if you say update my drivers, I'll let you know this is a custom made gaming computer, made at the end of Feb. and is very good. So please roblox, FIX THE FREAKING ISSUE.

It's happened with me too and this has helped. I'm so gonna re-install. If it doesn't work I'll have to wait until my computer is finished (Had a new computer but using laptop atm)

I had this problem. Found out what it was and my BB Flashback was processing my Graphics, not Windows itself. Easily fixed! :)

This might not work because I have a brand new AMD RADEON which is one of the top models and it still does this. Try updating all drivers and then Roblox. Afterwards, restart your computer and open Roblox and see

installing graphic card update most people must have failed so everything doesn't work i am updating it right now and i don't see why it shouldn't work because my graphic card sure require a update they told me it wasen't updated so doing it might solve your problems
