Supp guys and gals! Ever had one time you went into a server, thinking this could be really fun? and then suddenly you realize everybody in that server is O_O... a safechatter?
Now! my idea supported by some people shall fix this!

How about roblox adds a chat bubble on a players head that says either (SC) safechat or (FC) freechat ofcourse.

Think! if roblox somehow adds this, look what all the accomplishment it will make! Servers get a lot of chat and fun!
And servers that are safechat well... it has no possible disadvantage other than safechatters getting to talk to other safechatters which quite doesnt make a difference because they can only say like... "Hello!", "Hi!", "N00B".

Someone: Aww, time to spend 2 more hours looking for a server that talks.
Roblox if this gets accepted:
Someone: Hye who talks here?
Everyone: Me! Come on lets build a base we can rule this game!
Everyone else: Yeah lets doo this leeeroooy! Jenkkinnss!!!!

That would be offencive and over-abused. People would take the script and put swears instead of FC or SC.
Horrible idea. |

It's like when somebody is OBC it shows \OBC\ in their character photo!
Roblox just adds it like the BC/NBC/OBC so they cant write something bad!
They can't edit it at all! It's like this sort of drawing:

Having this won't make people chat, you will just realise how many nubs safe chat.
I would suggest having servers for safe chatters, servers for the guests o.0 nad servers for the normal people. |

Like you see a server where it says lots of FreeChatters then you'd obviously choose that one! |

Lets Put it this way: You find out who talks by asking or looking at who already is talking. If you have more common sense, you'd realize not every Safe chatter is bad. Last but not least, If nobody is talking, then why talk at all?

This has good points.
Point 1: I'm pretty sure it's better to know beforehand who's SC and who's non-SC than guessing the whole while, amirite?
Point 2: If the server is full of SC'ers then people who want someone to chat with can easily move to another one and not keep asking ''Who talks?''
Point 3: Not all SC'ers are bad, we know that, but you'd think it's getting irritating to keep typing the same phrase every single time you enter a new server, no? The chat function was there for a reason and it gets irritating when almost every server, you have to ask if they chat or not.
Point 4: Not all updates screw the game up. Updates =/= Weekly screw-up of games. This misconception has been thoroughly abused, updates range from the addition of a new feature to the whole maintenance of the database, and not all updates break the game.
Point 5: This thread wasn't meant to say ''Remove SC cause it sucks'' or ''SC has no use''. It was meant to encourage distinguishing of canned chatters from free chatters, so anyone saying ''SC shouldn't be removed because of this and that and this" is being irrelevant.
TL;DR Version
Classifying SC players would be a help to the players who actually come to places not just to play but also to chat.

If a server has alot of SC'ers then why choose it?
Because. It makes it so narbs can't call you 'OMG NOOB U STOLE MY SWORD OMG' and all they can say is 'Stop!'. |
