Message All Group Members

Ok, i have a group which is small but growing slowly, and to be honest, No they are not all active. To get people in my place to a certain place i need to individually message every person in my group, Ok it was easy at first; with 60-70 people... not all were online. But then the numbers grew to 200 and i needed people to help. I have an idea that the leader or higher ranks will be able to message the whole group in one message, I have played many games and this is one of the best groups messaging system there was, i just wondered if anyone else felt the same? Seriously though, why join a group if you dont want to get involved... i dont mean people should spam send lots of crap. there should be a limit to how many you send weekly.
