It would be like Student Council but for ROBLOX so Ro Council. The ranks you can apply for would be: President Vice-President Secretary Representative I am not sure about Govener. Like Govener or not? The members of ROBLOX can only vote once hopefully on only one account. The people running for the ranks will be in Contest then inside Contest would be a button that says Election. When you click it takes you to a page of all the people running. You may look up their name too with an A-Z category name seracher. The runner up with the most votes wins. The contest would be sponsered by me ofcourse. :D If you want to add on or say support/no support go ahead. Hopefully this idea will be read by a Admin/Dev or somebody important.

I said hopefully noone abuses. People just look for reasons to say NO. And yes you get benifits. You have to proove that you can be mature you have powers though.
