I haven’t read the books for awhile. I probably spelled names wrong.

Over a hundred years have past since Katniss and Peeta brought joy and hope to Panem. Sadly, the Hunger Games have started up again, a new, unknown leader is running the whole thing. Since the Mocking jay is no longer here, nothing stop this massacre from happening once again. Or is there? Once the Hunger Games started up again, a boy, whose name isn’t known, was picked. He fought bravely, and actually escaped. He almost took them down…but was eaten alive. Now, a new Hunger Games is about to begin, and they are beginning to choose names. Will yours be called? Or will you be spared?
(Sorry this Plot is short.)

Appearance: She has thin, dirty-blonde hair with white highlights that sometimes frizzes. She usually wears her hair in a ponytail. She has bangs that cover her right eye. She tries to pull them back behind her ear, but it always fails. She has glasses that are a pale green color. Her eyes change color in the light. When dark, her eyes are a pale green mixed with gold specks. In the light, her eyes are a forest green. She has short eyelashes, so she doesn’t really notice them too much. Her eyebrows are completely white, so you can barely see them. She has a pale skin complexion, and in the summer is very tan. She has a pointed nose with a splatter of freckles across it. She has full, pale pink lips. She doesn’t wear lip gloss or makeup. She likes to be seen as she is.
Her hands are quite big, with thin fingers. On her right hand pointer finger she wears a golden ring with an aquamarine stone in it. She got the ring from her mother before she died in the attack to remember her. On her left arm she wears a silver bracelet with a gray wolf in the center. She has long, skinny legs so she can’t run very fast. On her ears, she wears silver earrings in the shape of cats, her favorite animal.
Her height is 5’8 so, she is pretty tall. She weighs 90 lbs and is lean. Her usually outfit consists of a light green tee that has three lavender stars on the front of the shirt. They stand for her wanting to be a star one day. Her skinny jeans are a light blue, and are down to her ankles. They are a bit worn, from her wearing them so much. She wears lavender-colored fingerless gloves on both arms. Her shoe size is an eight and she wears black converses with lavender stars messily painted on the sides. She also wears a black and lavender checked belt around her waist.
Bio:Neely was the oldest of four children. Neely has always been with her mother. Her father left their family when she was just a year old. She usually worked by her mother's side in her shop called "Healers". She was a natural at healing and making medicines. When a fire spread, her mother was killed. She was only 9. She took her three sisters, Lani, who was three, Leona, who was 7, and Moni, who was 8, with her to the forest, where they have been hiding out in a tree. Neely usually left to gather food and water. When she left one day and came back, her sisters were gone. She was very upset and left the forest. She returned to her home district, 12

Bio: He grew up is a quiet, sad childhood he would constantly be bullied, after a giant flash of light, he was blinded, but apparently, he heard a voice what guided him into mastering his skill's. Shortly after a strange turn of event's he joined the Hunger Game's.
