I flinched, I could hear the voice clearly this time. It was female, and it sounded angry. I felt something touch my back lightly, and I spun around to see nothing. Taking a deep breath, I smirked, "Come out, come out, wherever you are!" I shouted, feeling like an idiot. |

I glanced around. It was pretty empty. At least no one was around to see me shouting at the air, being a psycho. The voice was speaking in another language that I couldn't understand. Suddenly, it cut off in the middle of what I think was a sentence, and it was quiet. Dead quiet. The silence sent a chill down my spine. I stuck my tongue out and made a face at nothing, knowing if anyone saw me they'd surely drag me off to some mental hospital, and started to walk down the sidewalk. |
