How It Works:-

A Player will be recording a video of some sort and when your are finished it will be added to a saved videos tab. (I'm not sure of the location yet).
From there you will be able to select your video/s and make it/them active for others to see.

Upload/s - unlimited

Active video/s - 100
Video/Sound quality - ≤1080p HD
(The uploads aren't what's important, it's the amount of video's you can save).
