Well lets say your an NBC'er and your a good drawer. You want to make t-shirts for people but you can't put them on sale. I'm sure this has been a problem for many people. So we need this to be fixed with public domain (T-)shirts and pants. NBCers will be able to put t-shirts public domain. Tell me how this could be bad. tl;dr: allow people to make (t-)shirts and pants public domain.

This could be bad because Roblox wants Players to buy BC so they can make money. This is why selling stuff is a premium feature. If you want to sell stuff buy BC.

I'm not a moron, Roblox barley cares about NBC'ers, they care about the money. If they didn't, would there be BC bodies, hats, places, extra money for BC'ers. No, there wouldn't be. They wouldn't be working on this game if they didn't get anything in return. So, they won't be adding this feature in. Support all you want.
