Yeah.. You accept the TOS so. That means anything on the TOS stated, if that was stated then its there own fault for not reading the TOS and just accepting it when it has a warning.

No ones getting sezures, okay?!?!?! I once had a disco ambient light script (Check my first game , nova game for an idea) and it gave people sezuires. Scripts can be just as harmful. So, Support. Also, maybe roblox should do something like this:

Even if you don't read the Terms And Conditions, you accepted it. If they write in the T&C about seizures not being their fault, then it's not their fault, then parents can't sue ROBLOX cuz their kid died of a seizure....
