Could Be Good, Could Be Bad. Would probably be abused in some way nobody thought of, but it sounds like a good idea to me. You have my support. Although it would give more work to the image moderators and we would probably get flooded with ugly hats, but good ones would be out there.

@Tolu You just change a little unnoticeable spot of color, and it will bypass the image mods. They use a computer to view the images and one little changed pixel will let it through.

umm ive allways wanted to do this but no,abuseable,even with admins,and besides like admins have the time to look threw every hat that people swarm in with,and they could sell hats so cheap that good hats made by people with good marketing skills couldent gain,no support

Well, it could work but it would require "Telamon's crafting jewel". It would be "consumed" when used, effectively limiting it to 2004 user created hats... It would have to be a free feature though as many great creators are NBC.
