So basically the admins will send all users a notification when you click the notication you will get instructions on how to try out. (Leading to the ROBLOX talk Forum).
The admin's post will have a application you will have to fill out. (Like questions on what you will look out for).
And the admins will choose a deadline and the admins will vote for the next moderator, This will happen Every Month or Two.
If you support, Please say so. I think this would be great :) Support?

How about this? Each forum chooses one person. After that person from each one is chosen they go to a semi-final where they are interviewed by actual mods and the next one is chosen.

From ROBLOX, a person must be older than 18 to be a moderator (I think). Though, any users on ROBLOX can lie. If this suggestion happened, any ROBLOX users can become a moderator by lying, and that could lead to power abuse on ROBLOX.

If a person doesn't support, he/she has every right to post, explaining why. You have no right to argue against that right given to them.
Anyways,
The idea... seems rather iffy. One, it would be nice to have some of the greatest Forumers to be Moderators, but whether or not it's considered as a "job" or not will be slightly effected.
For example, if you want this "job", which has ALOT to take care of really, you have to be over 16 (for Moderator) to apply, and you would have to be active, without any form of school in the way of it.
The issue with that is that any Moderator that DOESN'T have school technically in the way, they're probably over 20, which would qualify them for this.
So, as we all know, you can apply for the job at ROBLOX HQ, which is obviously the main way to get Moderators, thus this idea is rather obsolete since we can't trust any kid under 16 with such a job.
Moderating is MUCH harder then you think, and your mind is FULLY matured at 20. And how do we know we won't get some biased kids into the job? I mean, the ROBLOX Staff may accidentally choose the wrong person, and the person can easily, with a twitch of a finger, could ban all his/her enemies.

It was either 16, or 18. I'm pretty 16 was the standard for ROBLOX Moderators.

Ah sorry for replying so late, Anywho, I could understand all your reasons, But you know, I could go into specifics, But I'm just going to point out that, I am sorry for saying Don't post if you don't agree, Cause I do want positive feedback but non-agreeing posts are also considered feedback and you know I want to know what the users think of the idea.
So I read through all your posts. I don't really have a response, but...
