This is not for USERS TO MAKE HATS!
Basically it is a new thing to be added to ROBLOX it is located in MY ROBLOX and will be made and put into Catalog.
Who- For all Users. BC Or Not
What- It is a section where charecters make hats and submit it in and gets it published basically...
When- They make a hat and then submit it...
Where- It is on MY ROBLOX> Stuff>Hat>Create... and then it takes you to either a new window/tab/section and it is this...
You start of with a brick. It is kinda like paint but... You start with a brick and have options to do with it kind of like a mesh.. and you make it what ever you want morph it , cut it , color it. Then you submit it and it gets checked out!
If many people do it many new hats will be made!
To reduce dumb super hats there can be a limit and size... idk how that could be done!
And hat meshes can be submitted!
The new section can be in Catalog>Player Created and BOOM you get the users hat
Submit 3-4 a day and there can Be MOD to check this out. (me and others)

* New hats can be made everyday. People can make reasonable prices and stuff and probably the maker gets a decent discount or free? for helping make it!
And the mods can be selected people who pick hats to be Rated the more rates the better! |

What?
No users make hats... and then submit it. Then ROBLOX mods or people who are chosen to be a mod pick cool ones! the user is not revealed to the end!
And the best get put in the good category and then can be voted by others and the more votes a hat gets the better chance it has to be made and published! |

Yeah.. You get a 3d brick and mold it to a wearable, decent hat! That why there are like moderators to get hats that are decent to actually be voted upon so we get new hats and ROBLOX can make more updates instead of lots of hats! |

no support becuase users chould upload inaproprite stuff on it and it whould be to hard for the robloxians to do AND it whould take to mods a while to figure how to let us do it....

NOO it doesnt matter people will vote for it! just because you submit something doesn't mean it won't be made and nothing is actually seen by people untill the hat mods.. approve of it!
hat mods are something i just made up and it basically the people who check the hats and see if they are good and reasonable!
Basically they say good or bad, bad goes to delete section and good gets to actually voted on. |

No.... you absolutely do not understand what i am saying
basically it is a pre made hat making thing and we make it with tools ROBLOX gives to shape and morph a regular block into anything a hat can be! possibly gear later!!! for advanced people. |

Guys he means, you click and drag the 3D brick to make it into a shape, you color it, (Draw Texture). Then you submit it to the mods to check out. I support this idea. |

No! Your hat is submitted, re-creates of hats will most likely be turned down. And they have to sell for a reasonable price! You must include a decent desc and price and all that to at least be eligible!
And for the mods will take out inappropriate stuff so... the mods have to be at least a decent age to not be offended |
