I'm pretty sure that over half of the people that use ##### #### are under !@ (read without caps on keyboard) and if these rules applied, I bet most of the kids under ## would just ask someone around them to speak or speak with a fake low voice.

yup you are correct when i was 10 i sounded like a 16 years old teen and now i am 15 and i sound like a 21 year old adult, its not a good idea
