Think about it, are we really in Uganda to quell the LRA, or are we there to interfere and disrupt Chinese oil trades? I have no clue why the Chinese are in Africa, but they are, and they are trading oil with the Ugandans and Sudanese. We could be hunting down the LRA, but disrupting Chinese influence at the same time... Proxy war in Africa? Who knows, ya know...
