Now, I know I'm going to be flamed by some people, who probably didn't read this, and just read the title, and if you are planning to do this: READ MY POST OR GO AWAY
To follow suite with the rest of the threads, a couple lists
GOOD-GUEST
1. Might Join
2. Might get BC
3. Might become a major contributor to the community
BAD-GUEST
1. TKing, SKing, Deleting, Mass Copying, etc.
I put those as 1 because they are not against the rules, and not really bad.
GOOD-ACCOUNT
1. Might get BC
2. Might become a major contributor to the community
BAD-ACCOUNT
1. TKing, SKing, Deleting, Mass Copying, etc.
2. Swearing
3. Flaming
4. Spamming
5. Being rude
6. Trolling
7. Impersonating Guest
8. Make an inappropriate place
9. Attempt to bypass security context
10. Personal Attack
Now, 2 - 10 ARE against the rules, and guests CAN'T do that. Guests can do many less bad things and 1 more good thing.
Also, your probably thinking, "But we're allowed to enforce our place's rules, aren't we? How can we ban a specific Guest?"

apart from one thing, players with an account already can still be guests. and Mods don't seem to be able to IP ban players yet. until they do, there will always be TKers, Spammers, SPkillers etc (they can spam using supersafe chat repeatedly) |

Deleting, Mass Copying, and Spawn Killing. That drives people away and guests suceed at what they are trying to do without getting banned go reported. And members who know cheats to get into vip rooms and stuff or can hack can do it a lot easier. |

Hacking is NEVER easy.
Also, you can't ban a hacker even if he DOES have an account. Proxies prevent that. He can just make another.

The thing is, I explained WHY.
It's ALSO on the players side. If I unpacked (scripter talk, sorry) that, it would be added to player's side too
Guest Servers = Lag btw. IT's been suggested and resuggested, and yet, it's still a horrible idea. |
