Poison Jab (because tentacruels have bad attack). And then I'd recommend replacing water pulse with Sludge Bomb.

Giga Drain isn't that powerful, considering it only has 10 pp. Plus, it doesn't get the 1.5x boost for being of the same type as the poke. But I dunno, I guess it could work. (The tentacruel I use has poison jab, acid armor, surf, hydropump)
