If an account is left untouched for over 3 years,
it will be deleted, and some one can remake an account with that name,
or it could be given away.

If it is terminated,
you could just go to account creation and remake that account.
(That's what happened to me, it was terminated, but got to remake) |

No. Some usernames and accounts are rare, and are kept no matter what. You wouldn't want an 11'er taking a rare 06'er account and getting famous for it. |
