Lost Sandbox Progess, please help

Today after checking my disc, when I got on to Sandbox NBC, all my progress was GONE. Any expert robloxians to help with plz?

Explain it, I can help. If you mean that you lost all your buildings, Its probaly because you entered a different server. I dont even go to that game.

Well, it's on 11/12/11 when my computer checked my C disc, and yes, I do mean I lost ALL , and ALL my buildings, and I think it might be that my computer deleted the 190000+ KB data.
