my hat isnt working

When i go to put it on, it comes on backwards. i got pink pigtails and they are the only hat that does that, but the front part is in the baak and the back part is in the front. it happens everywere i go and i cant do anything to fix it. (PLEASE TRY TO FIX IT!!) So when i were them they are on backwards and they make my charachter look stupid... ~Boogley603

All you gotta do is keep refreshing the page and put back on the hat and there you go :)

It means that is the way the hat is created.
