">Strongest/biggest economy" - Wrong ">strongest military" - Wrong ">most influence on other cultures" - Wrong ">strongest currency (Yes, you compare other countries currencies to the dollar to decide value. We don't compare it to the Euro)" - Wrong All that belongs to the Luxembourg-Liechtenstein Coalition.

">Strongest/biggest economy - Wrong. >strongest military - Wrong, not only is it not the strongest military, it cannot run without money.. >most influence on other cultures - Just..wrong. >strongest currency - Wrong. "So. You're comparing the other countries currencies to the American Dollar to determine value. Point proven." Wrong. You cannot talk about the American dollar without talking about the American dollar. It's like talking about air while not talking about air. It doesn't work that way.

"we don't need biased fools here." Oh, So I am biased? I don't think you've looked at yourself. You continue to fail to realize that the American spending is FAR greater then it's profit. The economy is failing VERY fast. And with that the influence on the international community is failing as well.

"No. You're just anti-american. If you look at the real numbers, sure we have financial issues, but the EU is much closer to collapse than us. Why? Our large economy can handle the debt. As soon as we balance out the spending, the debt will start going down. Obesity is already dropping. Less health issues=less spending=less debt. Do the math." 1. I am Anti-Capitalism, not anti-any specific nation. I am against all of them, ultimately. 2. Most of the Western world is ready to collapse economically any day now. The markets prove that the economy already came close to an extreme crash twice this year. 3. By balance the spending, you mean cut anything that is important. You know, like healthcare, education, welfare.. And put that money into the military? 4. Less health issues does not necessarily mean less spending. Are you aware that the want for being healthy is lower in the U.S. compared to the rest of the Western world? This is due to lower spending from the U.S. state. Unlikely the majority of the world, the U.S. is one of the few industrial nations to still have private healthcare. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Universal_health_care.svg

"Well when all anybody does on here is hate on the US, then yes, it is new. We're not a bad country. We're not going to collapse. The debt will decrease as soon as they balance the budget." They haven't been able to balance the budget for decades. And they (the American government) is not getting any closer. What makes you think they'll magically get it done now?

The only difference is that since we're the most recognizable nation on Earth, people point out our problems more. learn to not piss other countries off...

Well when all anybody does on here is hate on the US, then yes, it is new. We're not a bad country. We're not going to collapse. The debt will decrease as soon as they balance the budget. ___________________________ That sounds good on paper, and a duo of a reasonable democrat and a reasonable republican could have this sorted out over an evenings brunch. It's a damn shame the politicians aren't reasonable. Even the committee established SPECIFICALLY to to do this failed miserably. If our economic future depends on these fools agreeing and reaching a reasonable compromise, we're doomed.
