...Dont ask for special things, if they made a hat, i dont think they give you a free example, message builderman about it and they CAN make it.

That's because he won a Video contest in 2008 that the prize was to get a custom hat! The contest was some type of Bloopers, thats how "Roblox gone crazy" was born. And if you don't know what that is search youtube -_-

No Mesh moderation is entirely impossible, uploading meshes would allow cheats in and exploit scripts.
