Sadly, you are mistaken, seeing as once everyone starts using that, and others, that will be blocked, and, seeing as you must have a windows desktop to do it, AND you must know HOW to do it, there will be a small percentage in general.

no my misguided friend YOU are mistaken. in this sentence there is 5 uses of alt 0173 in this sentence there is 5 uses of alt 0173 tell me exactly where in the sentence's they are. odds on you cant the point is there is that many possible variations that its impossible to filter them all. not to mention filters don't recognise it, The whole point of its use in the first place to bypass filters.

utube has a good spam hider,ppl can flag stuff as spam, and after a certian ammount of flaggs or somthing,it is hidden, but can be shown witha buton

Filters don't recognize it? hmm, I guess that means that then they will IGNORE it. When people spam with that, the filter IGNORES the alt 0173 and keeps going, deleting the sentence. and if filters don't recognize it, THEN make it so that they do! Derp durp
