Hmmm well.... Fear really needs to get a really good Promotion system for officers. I am Major, should be an officer, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my old officer rank back. So yeah. Fix the high ranking systems. |

The HR's they are very immature. Honestly, i'm saying this because of Aceslayer. He said not to spawnkill at he training, yet he spawnkilled me, I called him a hypocrite, and he demoted me from Captain to Private, that's immaturity, you don't need to automatically demote me by 3 ranks just because I called you a hypocrite. |

You can host parties for special occasions, maybe have award ceremonies for doing well in raids/trainings/etc.
Maybe there can be a fort that is held by all of the major allies (FEAR, RAT, VC, etc) and we all work together no matter what group we're in

guys should we do this like make a house its for training and the fear air force trains to pick up and drop off soldiers fear soldiers go in side the house clears the place and the fear sir force picks them up |

As we all might know the leaders (And I think generals) Are directors of something. Example: Shagabash is the director of training. What I am about to say can benefit them. Example: There are 100 Officers and only 20 leaders. 4 officers goes to each leader. Each officer helps them in training, guarding, etc. They especially help in what their directors for.

I believe that officers are not treated as HRs.I join many matches and i ask for admin or at least all and they tell me no cause im not a general or +I do not think that's fair but whatever >.> |

No more trainings that are based on KO's. The ones that are based on KO's usually cause massive chez killing. More tournaments are fine. |

I think we should go to war with RAT. Think about it, the 2 biggest groups in roblox at war. Its like the cold war, only more epic. Theres going to be drama, action, madness and even SONIC will fight colour. If this war does happen, then it shall be called The War OF Venezia. Just a suggjestion. |

I think F.E.A.R needs to be more active.We also need more training segments to improve their melee and range skills {also guns}.I,Parmveer12345,think we shouln't slack off and play nooby games.If their are no training segments going on ,then they should play paintball games,sword fighting games,and ranged games,so they can improve on aiming,dodging,and getting more Ko's.
