Hello, This Guide is only for X-101ST Commandos.
How to become a [0] Recruit Commando.
Ones in a while a HR shouts a Selective training, That means you will be tested on your skills. The training you will get is [Stage 1]. [Stage 1] is a pure Test of skills, Some might think It`s easy others think It`s impossible. Even Vaktovians sometimes fail this Test. When you complete [Stage 1] You will be messaged by an Alt Account to continue your selection with [Stage 2]. [Stage 2] is an easy test if you’re a good swordfighter, You will need to learn to use Lock Mouse in 3rd person view while Fighting. [Stage 2] is not about winning a fight, It`s a pure test of SWF`ing skills. After completing [Stage 2], [Stage 3] will quickly follow. [Stage 3] is a test on behaviour and Respect. [Stage 3] is very easy only if you show Extreme Discipline and Good Behaviour. After [Stage 3] we will decide If you are good enough. We can always say *No*. If we say yes then you`re allowed to send a join request to the X-101ST Commando Regiment. You can now call yourself an [0] Recruit Commando.
How to become a [1] Commando.
As an Recruit Commando you are not allowed to come too any events that is not a Training, Because you’re not ready yet. The Training you will get is so Hard, You might probably quit XCR after the first training. You will be humiliated, Killed, kicked, Banned and shouted at. Remember that you will always need to keep your mouth shut, That means No Talking and Speak only when Spoken to. And keep always in line whatever you do make sure the line is straight. If you flame after a Sword fight we will get rid of you (Exiled). The Training is hard and you will develop new skills. For Example: Teamwork, Extreme Sword fighting and Keeping your mouth shut skill. After the tough and hard training you may call yourselves a Commando of X-101st. As an Commando you are a Brother to all the other Commandos including the officer ranks. You will have to buy the commando Uniform and the Black Ninja of shadows hat.

Officers will need to combine the Black Ninja Hat with one of these Officer Hats. Message me if you do not have enough money for an officer Hat, Some exceptions are made.
How to become a [2] Officer.
An Officer is exactly the same rank as a Commando except they are allowed to speak (Give orders to Commandos). This doesn’t mean that they may talk to everyone and tell them how lovely there day was, ORDERS ONLY. You can become an officer if we think you have the right HR`d skills. You can always message the Regiment General, SiC or Commander for special Officer training.
How to become a [3] Commanding Officer.
An Commanding officer has the ability to Command a Unit of commandos. This person has permission to give orders and command Commandos at a Raid, Training or some other special event. Only the most trusted officers may become a Commanding officer. Commanding officers are directly commanded by Zipples and the HR`d staff.
