UPDATE: It seems if you press the purchase too soon after buying the hat, it will not come through... I bought the Teapot, went away, then pressed customize when I came back, and I had it. But I bought the Bucket hat, pressed customize nearly instantly, and it didn';t come through. Delay in the purchase, probably... ~MU11~
