Retexture still pending after 10 Hours?

Search "XactTesting" In the 'People' Tabs. Look in his Models. I'm retexturing a Beret. But I've been waiting for 10 Hours and it just has Black and White stars on it. Is it a glitch? should I reupload the texture again? I know that I added the texture to it before it was done Pending, but even if I change the Texture, then add it on and it still has Stars.

I haven't been waiting 10 Hours actually. I uploaded it before I went to bed so it would be ready in the Mourning before I went to Church. (Which is about now)
