Appeal, what ROBLOX needs.

Everyday, several ROBLOX accounts get banned for no good reason in the user's eyes. If ROBLOX can justify them being banned, it should be in the form of a written message rather then a lazy "dont spam" or "dont be rude". Along with that, if the ban lasts for more than 3 days (or 7, to reduce spam on them coming in) the user could put in an appeal. There would be a set time before the user could do so, allowing both to collect their thoughts. And then on the banned page, it would be a box with a message that an appeal can be sent in, giving reasons why they should be unbanned and did not deserve the ban. My beloved Ponychan and 2+1+1chan /g/ has it, it works great because sometimes the mods make a slip up, and are too overworked in their customer support hotline/ eeeemale.

Support. The mod's now-a-days are never paying attention. They end ban people for stuff that happened 3 years before.

They just need to improve their Customer Service system. As of so far, I haven't got a single ban or warning for anything ridiculous, and I'm beginning to wonder if these rumors are just being made up. The community is made up of kids, and these kids will always say things like "I was banned for no reason," or "All I did was tell him not to say this swear word," etc. etc. ROBLOX's rules can be a lot more enforced than they seem, which is kind of odd because the OTHER rumor is that ROBLOX doesn't have an efficient report system. =/

@Recruit, at times, as I am not permitted to share the reason I got banned, no matter how ridiculousness, they do give bans for virtually no reason... in our eyes. The perspective is different, they just need a better way to hear our side of the story.
