Are they all similar in structure? If I want to start learning them, which order would you suggest?

They're all similar. If you already have a grasp on programming, you might want to start with C or C# and then C++ afterwards.

C# isn't really widely used; I'd start with C (although I started with C++) and go on to C++. C teaches good programming habits.
