This would only be useful in Roleplay Groups/Fan groups.This would be a useless feature because most famous people own War groups and the others are Fan groups for people who make epic shirts like Sheeppie.

No support. It may be better if there was this button on HR's ranks "Request Promotion from this user" And the HR would get the message and there would be an accept/decline button.

i get what hes saying. a ranking system that is chosen by the owner and is controlled by the members. i'm assuming there would be different restrictions for ranks as you go up or down in rank, correct?
