I havent been to school for a week and am hoping the teachers dont ask were I was but at least I have been studying at home right?
I walk to class at quickly sit in my seat, I write in my journal about the loss of my parents when i was 3, I look up and the teachers walking towards me so i quickly put away my journal and start reading. |

I hear a smack and look a ways up and see the teachers boney fingers are on my desk"yes mam'" I say and she ask in a stern voice "were have you been ms.Izabelle?"I reply in a light and calm voice "my Aunt was in the hospital and I was to stay with her til she recovered" the teacher looks up and slowly turns around and walks away. I slowly look around the room and see the eyes of my classmates on me and I look down as tears form in my eyes. The bell rings and I stay in my dorm the rest of the day and skip my other 3 classes. |
