This has got to be the 10th time I've had to close ROBLOX!
I click on a free model I need to insert into my place, and ROBLOX lags so much, turns white if I click anything, doesn't respond and stays like that so long I get annoyed that I lose all of the progress I've made on my game.
Don't say it serves me right for using free models, because it's not right that this should happen.
Is it ROBLOX or myself? Is anyone else experiencing this extremely annoying problem?

For once I haven't given up and after waiting what seems like an eternity, it says 'Could not insert the requested item'.

Free Models is sharing your creation but there must be a bug somewhere in the source of Free Models. If you see the bug like a script which makes a crush. Immeadiently report it to Roblox HQ. |

Well, look, it happens when I click free models so in my view it could happen if you insert a brick.
Everything is a free model. Unless you wish to build the hard way, you need to use the simplest free model around - a brick. |

your not alone. i had the same issue, but on a higher scale. i could not insert the model i needed. it had 0 lag and the button stopped working. and i thought it was odd. models work somtimes, but not everyday. what i had was a broken studio. i had a chat running and for some strange reason, roblox dosnt like laptops |

This is just great, I insert a decal of my own clan from my decals and it crashes! ROBLOX, seriously, this is wasting my time. Fix it! |

God, this is getting out of hand now, but the good news is I think I know what's causing it. I believe it to be when I go to a page and then immediately click on the item I want to insert. So I guess patience and timing is the key to solving this issue. |

Most likely an error with accepting the model, try to reinstall ROBLOX, if that doesn't work then please tell me if your computer has been going slow/acting weird lately, because if it has then we have a completely different problem on our hands. |

@Frosty, you're calling a Weld Connector an infected model? It's not just free models, it's standard bricks, Stamper models, whatever, you name it. |

Just save your work before inserting a model. This is a way to prevent this. |
