The same freezing happens to me as well, but I installed a gauge that tells me the CPU, Mem. etc. Plus a heat gauge but it's not overheating

if you windows 10 computer or i think a windows 8 the reason it keeps freezing is that if go into the store theres a roblox app and it keeps freezing because youre not using the right one

Mine used to work absolutely fine, but now, somehow, TOTALLY RANDOMLY, it freezes if I play for long. Long, like an hour. My Mac doesn't heat much, the game just becomes unresponsive, frozen. Not even the mouse moves. BUT! THE SOUNDS KEEP PLAYING!

try to park your cpu.... i have a same problem.. but mine was pc crashing but sounds keep playing... search on this on google or somewhere : how to park your pc cpu (it was software.. not an hardware)

My computer is brand new and the same thing happens. Probably an error with the actual game, I don't mean you need to reinstall it, I mean the roblox devs need to fix the error

I literally just bought this new computer its Windows 10 and I downloaded Roblox like 2 days ago and every time I play a game it freezes and eventually turns white... theres no like warning or something saying "Roblox could not respond" it literally just freezes and I have to exit Roblox and rejoin the game.... its so annoying because I can't save and it sometimes goes up to like an hour then freezes and other times it goes to like 5 seconds... please pm me because I won't be looking at the recent posts here lol

this just started happening and it only happens with the same game i try with other games to see if it was happening and when i was playing the game that always freezes i found out that it also happens with other people on that game and i think its that game only and i love playing it it never says not responding it just freezes so i minimize it and go back to see if its still working and its just white i fell this is a big problem and i feel like roblox should fix this and if roblox is fixing this glitch thank you

i used to have a different account but some little 5 year old reported me (somehow it worked) and i was 8 and i also have a windows surface pro 4 and i just got it and it kept doing the same thing to me on my old computer
