when i first got the computer (the first hard drive) it was compatable with it. Then later on my computer crashed and i had to get a new hard drive. The (2nd hard drive) is not working with roblox now. Can someone help me c what the problem with it is?
P.S. i had brought i in already for a new hard drive and i don think bring it in again for just roblox o-0. |

I have a feeling that it is your connection. I suggest testing your connection. I hope this helped.

i got great connection and when i playing in a game i can move around in the game for about 10 sec then the game everything freezes but i can still move. For example when it freezes and i die i wont respawn i will just be like that until i have to leave the game. |

my ram is 3.0-3.5 it could be the problem because i needed a new hard drive and the people that changed it maybe didn't c that :l |

Seriously, GET OUT. It's OBVIOUSLY nothing to do with his RAM or Operating System. You're clearly not proficient in ANYTHING that can help him, so don't bother trying, incase you do something stupid like end up breaking his computer.
Can you tell me how you transferred the OS onto the second hard drive? Or did you keep it on the first one? |

and i didn't transfer anything when i got the new hard drive it was wiped clean and i didn't have the same stuff so... my back up disk was not needed because of new hard drive had it all. what u think's the problem? |

Try to use a different browser to run the game if you use a browser.
You computer may be the problem, make sure no restrictions are on roblox.
Try to delete roblox from your "Program Files", the files might be corrupted and they are not un-installing properly.
