How do i enable them, when i go to do if, it doesnt let me do on or off.

Im afraid I dont know how to enable it. I have a problem that's just the opposite, I don't know how to get rid of it. Since the personal building systems were changed, things have been annoying. If they were going to add shadowing, at least put dynamic lighting in the torches...

Good news, I found out where the shadowing is. Go into "Lighting" and there should be a checkbox that says "GlobalShading" put a check in it, and you should be good to go.
