Intro _____________________________________________________ So, I was making a game, then I put in too many bricks, and it was lagging badly. I thought, if I accessed 3 places, and put 1/3 of every section in each place, there would be 1/3 of the lag. You can now teleport to other places using the new update ROBLOX has put in. The only problem is, you cannot transfer the leaderstats to the 2nd and 3rd place. This is where my suggestion comes in. Suggestion _____________________________________________________ ROBLOX staff should make a scripting update that will transfer your leaderstats from one game to another. Maybe with something like this. leaderstats.Gold.Value = leaderstats.Gold.Value from PlaceID "2390756" -- whatever ID the place is... I typed random numbers. As I said above, if you did this is 3 places, it would reduce the lag, and spread it out in games so it only had 1/3 or the lag it had when it was all in one game. When to use _____________________________________________________ Have you ever been in a, lets say, RPG, and the lag is so bad, that it pretty much makes the game unplayable? You would somehow aquire 1+ more places and split the map into how many ever parts you want, majorly reducing lag, and you still have your leaderstats. Closing _____________________________________________________ If you're going to not support this, don't say "No support", say "No support because (insert your reason here). Instead of using 3 servers, maybe optimizing the way 1 server performs. Not running scripts that don't effect where you are or showing you collisions that aren't in your viewable radius would greatly reduce the lag in most games.
