Player Blocking would solve Spam issues and many more things. Lets make a scenario. Bibbidybob was visitting a game, and he was talking to some friends. Bibbidybob's chat was blocked out by Jimmydoo and Lillyboo's spam of ?'s and !'s. Bibbidybob then clicks there name and hits 'Block Chat', and they no longer appear chatting on his screen. ~{YOU JUST GOT PINKY-PIEEED}~
