If you are on a team it automaticly changes your color. And yes, if you enter a game, changing your skin, resetting, you still have the old colors. You need to join a new server for the new colors to load. Otherwise its just the internet messing with you. Should be the same with meshes.

No,It happens to me what I do I reset my character join neutral(Joining neutral is just faster) then If your feet don't work your computers too slow,if it changes your color then it was ROBLOX's Problem.
