But what about the money problem that CAUSED them to remove user created music? They can't just spend possibly $1,000-$2,000 on songs. Remember, they have people to pay too. They have to buy newer computers, higher external drives, give paychecks to the hard-working admins, have the admins get newer computers, buy more admins, buy more tutorials on how to script things into another (They're still working on dynamic lighting), etc. If there is a way to go around it (1,000 people ask for music that is free? No pirates), then I will support, otherwise, it is kinda pointless. Then again, there several songs online that are free. Most however, are inappropiate. Or they could buy the songs if they feel like buying then upload it itno Roblox... Again, I will support if there is a way around the admins and their life-living money thing. The more money, the more smooter Roblox gets, and the more fun it would be.

@deathshiva So, if the song is old enough, it will be public domain. If it's public domain, they'll keep it. If it isn't they'd just trash it.

Due to the limited number of moderators, it would probably take too long for them to review every single song for questionable content. There are songs out there as long as, and probably even longer, than 11 minutes. (Save Me by Avenged Sevenfold) So suggesting the songs wouldn't go to well, it's pretty much be like allowing everyone to upload the songs they want, like images, then have moderators sift out the inappropriate ones. It already takes a good amount of time to have reported things reviewed or have an uploaded imaged approved. Adding another huge task such as this would only cause greater backup on all processes that the moderators take care of.
