(Non-BC) Make Shirts but Don't sell Them

It would be great if non-bc people could make shirts but not sell them. The person who made it could wear it though but not sell. (NOT T-SHIRT) Is this a great idea?

Creating anything more than a T-Shirt is a BC feature. I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. It's impossible to put down.

No support! When your bc expires you can still make a shirt just for you and not to sell! If you never payed for bc, then you should'nt beable to make a shirt. Thats a big feature in my opion.
