I have a computer just about as old as yours, it has great performance, great graphics, great OS, but it has trouble playing ROBLOX. I always get an ID 15.

Hmmm Maybe try re-installing your OS?

It is either your laptop doesn't really support roblox anymore, or your settings seems to be... mismatched. Try to lower down all the graphics quality in roblox studio settings. Also, try to Update your drivers and stuffs if it still doesnt work. If it doesn't really work, then one thing i can conclude. Your Laptop doesn't support Roblox anymore.

Having technology from decades ago will do that.

"theres nothing wrong with XP." There's nothing wrong with actually having XP, but as Trappingnoobs said, its technology is likely outdated.

XP isn't outdated. SP3 Isn't outdated. SP3 is the latest XP.

Actually, updating drivers can sometimes cause the error.

A new graphics card won't work. But in my guess, do you have nVidia? But anyway... 1. What is your Security Program? 2. How many GB (gigabytes) in your OS?

SP3 is just a service pack. not a new OS. XP is still over a decade old. get with the times.

I'd ignore coldplay, by the way, the fact that he thinks having a non-nVidia card would cause problems and asking how mant gigabytes are "in your OS" (Since an OS is software it can't contain memory inside it) makes me feel he's realy not educated in computing at all. He can't help you other than make you answer useless questions to make himself look smart.

nVidia is one of the best display adapter brands out there. Display adapters only cause problems when they are outdated by at least 5 years, like mine. My driver hasnt been updated since june 2007.

but there's no reason a non-nVidia chip would cause any problems. It's entirely irrelevant to the situation at hand.

It could just be your computer.. It might not be a virus. (Just saying if this helps.)
