Every Moderator is not on all the time, I suggest that they have more people that are online more. Many times when I report a inappropriate comment or message it takes time for it to be deleted.
If Roblox had more Moderators then the inappropriate stuff can be deleted faster. If they had more moderators then you wouldn't have to look at the rude comment/message and others wouldn't either.
Many times they have adults or 18+ are a moderator. But I think if they had a special moderator spot for kids that have played for a long time and have had lot of Experience. (like you joined in 2008).
If they had more kid moderators then many inappropriate comments would be deleted faster and there could be more Moderators to get help from. If you are a kid Moderator you would be put into a diffrent catagory "Kid Moderator" (A little cheap but if you have a better idea you can share).
Kid Moderators wouldn't get paid, In cash, they would get 100 Robux a week (it is a little cheap). Kid MOderators would take care of forums and comments on hats, gear, games, Ect.
There would only be 10 kid Moderators on roblox. There would be a waiting list but it could bemonths-years befor you could get in. If you are a Kid Moderator then Roblox would need your Personal Information. If not then you aren't a Kid Moderator.
They're doing it over the computer. And it'd be voluntary work, so the kids/teens that are doing this can choose when they want to work and when they don't.
So that would mean that, Kids would not have to do it every day. Kids wouldn't have to see the bad stuff that happens on ROBLOX.

They always have someone on shift.
They have morning, Afternoon, and night - Forum moderators, image, ect moderators on. |
