So, first, I type in something in-game. Then, I submit it and I say it. No, this isn't voice chat. This is talking. Voices can be set in Game Settings as Male (American Male 1) and Female (Microsoft Anna). We already have Bubble Chat, it's an option when you click "Configure Place".
