This allows you yo un-follow threads so that they don't pop up in, "My Forums"
This helps you in case you post on a few popular threads that update frequently.
So that all new forums you go to are visible. |

Support, I want an unfollow button so we don't get thread updates in "my forums" section.

It's called "Click on the checkbox that says "E m@il me when someone replies to this thread" again so there's no check. |

He's not referring to threads that you tracked.
He's referring to threads that you simply replied to a long time ago, and you have no desire to see it reappear in your "Last 25."

Yes. In "my Forums" I have been noticing an excess amount of old threads I've posted on about 3 months ago. It's annoying.
