Governments for War Groups

I think it would be great to add this feature, it would add alot more purpose to War Groups and make them more like countries. The ruling war groups would try to encourage the spread of their goverments while other try to stop that kind. With Democratic there could be a type of voting system, various members enroll for the rank of President then the members vote. Some governments that could be used: Democracy, Republic, Monarchy, Arisostocracy, and Dictatorship.

50% This can be done all by it's own, just without the fancy stuff and the good old pm/forums. How to get abused: 1) Main enters the voting 2) Create alt 3) Alt joins group 4) Alt votes for the main 5) Skip step 1 and repeat

um dude not to break it to ya but theres already goverments leaders change alot in war groups (most at least) and the whole group decides wich one i dont see why we need a goverment when we already have some
