IT wont let me play roblox

When i try to join a game it only gets to 11 bricks while its loading and it says "You have lost connection to the game" I reinstalled it and still not working anyone have any ideas on how i should fix it? plz tell me i want to play roblox again D:

Go into ROBLOX studio, then look up at the top of the screen above the address bar and the symbols. Look for tools, then go down to settings. Once that loads, hit "reset all settings" in the bottom left hand corner. It should work, but if it doesn't then I can't help you sorry.

I try to but everytime i do "reset all settings" it says you need to restart roblox or something what do i do if it says that?

Close the ROBLOX Studio. Open IE or whatever you use and try again Play Online.
