no, virtually no one knows how to use a 3d program, and retextures would still be a problem, for who would stop people from remaking domino crowns? people would be selling that are either expensive or rare at ridiculously low prices.

No support. It would mess up the whole limited process. People can make duplicates of cool and rare, and epic items for a cheap price. Thus making all limited hats no use anymore.

Eh, no, how bout we are just able to make retextures into hats? Who cares if you can make it a 'rare' hat, just make those hats un-retexturable. Retexturing costs 15 R?
