Anyways, recently several people have posted ideas requesting changing certain things that do not need it. This thread will basically serve as a suggestion to Roblox, requesting why they should not change these, and it will serve as a guide to things that you shouldn't waste your time suggesting.
-Guests will not be deleted-
Several users hate these typically harmless people. For what reason, I don't know. Guests are not going to be deleted for whatever reason. Guests are a method of trying out the game before creating an account. You might think "Why not just make an account?" People aren't going to put in info for a site they don't know about. Being a guest gives the person a basic experience, then let's them choose if they want to make an account. Being rude to a guest, potential deters a potential user. And guess what? That user could have created your favorite game if you weren't a jerk to him as a guest.
-BC will not be deleted-
Honestly, I think only horribly uneducated users suggest this. BC is the main source of Roblox income. Not ads. Not Robux purchases. But BC. The only reason people suggest this is the "I want it, and I don't want you to have it" line of thinking. Or simply put, envy.
Honestly. If you want the features, go cut the grass for a week, get 10$, and buy a roblox card.
-NBC will not be deleted-
This would be an extremely unwise move on Roblox's part. NBC is a valuable part of Roblox, seeing as how every single NBC player is a potential consumer of BC. If NBC were deleted, then the only other method of playing without paying is being a guest. And seeing how poorly guests are treated, they aren't going to want to purchase BC.
NBC isn't a complete waste of money though. Roblox does make a small income off of ads and Robux purchases. Not as much as BC, but it adds up eventually.
-Safechatters will not be deleted-
So people want safechatters gone because they don't talk?

Safechatting is an important part of Roblox. There are probably several hundred users that would not be able to play if safechat was not involved. It is crucial to Roblox, because it allows parents to govern how their child interacts with others. And seeing how poorly our community behaves, I don't blame the parents.
-More benefits, or less benefits for NBC-
NBC is just fine where it is at. Not too much, not too little. They can still play 95% of the games, they can still build a game (several if they have alts), they still receive money, they can still purchase things, etc.
NBC does not need more. If you take a look at competing websites, you'll notice that free memberships are treated like crap. NBC is blessed to have the amount of privileges it has now.
NBC will not get less either. The less and less they get, the more and more frustrated they become.
Roblox, BC users, lend me your ears. FRUSTRATION WILL NOT MAKE YOU MONEY. Kthxbye

We payed. Why do people think we deserve less? They seem to be a bit jelly. I'm sorry, but complaining about how others payed for things isn't going to make you look cool. Just like someone is not going to get a free ice cream cone when the guy in front of him payed.
-BC will not be purchased with Rbx. or Tix-
This one is pretty obvious. BC is the main source of income. Making it available through a worthless currency will cause a drop in sales, resulting in less money for the already fragile company. Also, Rbx. (which is usually the suggested currency) is far too easy to come by. You can make THOUSANDS of Rbx. off of a Shirt, or a lucky Limited snipe, or a popular game. Therefore, purchasing a premium membership would be far too easy.
Also, the admins rejected the idea on uservoice.
-Account Deletion-
While it may be argued that it could save web space (you know... Like 2 bytes. :P ) the stakes are far too high. Two highly probable scenarios are listed below.
-Someone hacks your account, sells your stuff, then deletes the account
-You delete it, then later decide you want to return
-Moving User Created Ads-
I can see it now.
Inappropriate videos, spamming colors, truly horribly done ads, strobe light effects, seizures, etc. This idea would bring bad advertising to the pinnacle of annoyingness. And it would take up more space (because apparently we want to kill our accounts too? ._. )

That Roblox does not consider any of these ideas, as they could be detrimental to their income.

Personal I agree for 99% of this thread. Everything is perfectly fine were it is at now. But I still think NBC should be able to make their own clothing. I'm not saying able to sell just make so that we can cover up some of the naked people and so that I can help make uniforms for groups and others. I got skill in building shirts and s do some NBC. Let us MAKE them NOT sell them! |

Team fortress 2 the only thing that free members doesn't get is a trading system rest everything is free and they can still afford servers so it shows how greedy roblox is when you donate you get some extra features like 3 or 4 that it. |

They aren't greedy.
They're running a business.
You can't compare to different companies, you don't know how much they make and how much they use of that money.

Internet and bandwidth can count as the same thing. Servers are debatable, server storage is not. Benefits like health insurance? That stopped being taxed, in 1954. And they don't pay for full benefits.
