It could be because of a setting you may have messed with in roblox studios or there are scripts in that game that make health and names invisible. Death to free models.

This happened to me in an update that happened months ago I tried fixing it, but failed. When I got my new laptop, health started appearing again Some of these steps might help Restart your computer Re-install Roblox Add an exception for roblox to your firewall, then re-install roblox. Delete your internet temp files, then re-install roblox.

It may be because of the update when they added NameOcclusion to the Humanoid. It might just be a roblox update that cannot be helped.
