Performance on a workstation-class PC

PC specs: EVGA SR-2 dual Xeon board Dual Xeon 5680 32 Gb Hyper x RAM Hyper x SSD Seagate hard drive Nvidia quadro 6000. This PC can play mine-craft at over 1500 frames per second, and roblox plays at about 20-25 Max! Why is this happening?

um...okay. First of all NVIDIA Quadro series aren't meant for gaming, so why are you asking this?

And would a 4-way GTX 590 SLI or quad radeon HD 7990 crossfire (when they come out) solve the performance issues?
